PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 24hrs, per business days. Orders place before 2PM PT are typically procssed same day.

 

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, size, destination, and selected shipping method. We provide FREE EXPRESS (2-3 Day) SHIPPING on orders over $50

 

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.

 

UNDELIVERABLE OR RETURNED PACKAGES

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of customs fees, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide. Please note, Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. ActiveWrap is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance. Some regions may have limited delivery options.
